MIO 8380 Band Select??

anyone know how to switch between 900/1800 and 1900Mhz on this phone?? that phone say triband but mines only work with the 1900 Mhz Network was a time it would only work with the 900 alone until I complained to Mitac they say send it to them that I did now it work on 1900 and not the others, must be a switch or something, just that I can't find it :?: and no guys it's not the ROM cause since I got it back I've flashed it a million times.

i think network band is kind of autoselect,cause when the operator here 1st time go dualband..i have asked that i dont have to change sim card or phone.as long as the phone dual band,then i am in it.i think that the same with 3band.
