E200. Please help, Decert again.........! HELP!!

Right, i know its been done to death but i need help.

I want to Decert my E200, i CANNOT use the Orange website mainly because i'm not the first owner of the phone (got from Ebay) so the details of the phone are for the first owner. Have tried but it just dont work!.

There was some files mentioned on another post that decert a E200 but i cant find them.

Please help, i want to change the shortcuts but it aint lettin me!!!!!
