E200 upgrading from E100 Question on Installing

Hello,

I have honestly searched for a similar question to mine but cannot find one so posting anyway. Sorry if I have missed it somewhere.

I have just got my E200 upgrade from Orange and its on first charge.

I currently use the E100 which apart from the appalling Orange 1.6 Backup/Upgrade saga I've been really happy with.

Does anyone know if I can just sit the new E200 on the existing E100 USB docking station, and if I do this will it be fine and just update all my Outlook address/numbers calender etc onto the new phone as if it were the E100, or will I have to install the new E200 CD and start all over again?

Also if I wanted to keep both phones working, i.e. one for work (dusty messy job!), could both be left plugged into their own USB docks and still sinc OK individually?

I realise I would still have to swap the Sim card over each time, its a shame you can't have two sims going for the same number really.

PS Will Paul's "smart journal" work with the E200 as I really like that program and hope I can still use it on the 200?

it will work fine in the original e100 cradle........... just plug it in and set up the sync, then you can just swap phones in the cradle.
