all my phone contacts are on my sim

and I cant see them in ms outlook, does outlook only

sync with contacts on the phone memory and not if they are stored on the sim

You need to put your contacts on the phone. Using the SIM manager you can duplicate your SIM onto the phone.

I believe so, I would put contacts on my sim but the most annoying thing happens when that is done.

INe very single instance of the phonebook on the phone the phone numbers are double and the filters are garbage. Try putting them momentarily on the phone memory and sync.
