Guest kelv23 Posted January 28, 2004 Report Posted January 28, 2004 just downloaded active sync 3.7.1 but it hasnt showed up anywhere.Got the download page and extraction etc but its not showing up anywhere on the comp no icon on dexktop orat the bottom right.It doesnt even show up on the add/remove programs list.Any help would be appreciated.

Guest kelv23 Posted January 28, 2004 Report Posted January 28, 2004 I had 3.7.1 already but for some reason it wouldnt connect to phone,went through the troubleshooter but still no result,so as last resort uninstalled it and downloaded it again but now it doesnt appear anywhere.i cant even get the old version to run from the original CD,as you can imagine its a major pain.Help!
Guest kelv23 Posted January 29, 2004 Report Posted January 29, 2004 This getting worse,I can't even get Active sync 3.6 to work from the cd.When I click on install I get the select run program from current location then when I click open nothing happens,get the wait icon on the cursor then nothing .Its being a right pain.if anyone got a solution please feel free to post it
