Backing up / Synching SMS

Probably going to do a hard reset soon but before doing so I'd like to backup the SMS's in my Inbox and Sent folders. How do I go about doing this?

Are you storing them on the SIM or the phone itself? You looked at the Sim manager porogram on the phone?

They are on the phone, not the SIM. I could back some p to the SIM but it only allows 20 and those 20 can only be from the Inbox, not other folders.

Well looks like it's completely impossible, some people claimed SmarTweak would do it and I even created lots of fake images so it would access the MPx200. But despite reading things such as Email and probably the rest of the Inbox it barely allows you to do anything with the phone or even see half of that data it retrieves (I searched through it's temporary files as well).

So instead I forwarded all the SMS messages via passthrough email and created a text file for them and added dates and times and sender manually.

There really needs to be some decent Inbox managment software or options, more folders and more that can be done with them all.
