[B]Need help with Remote desktop[/B]

Hi guys,

I have just purchased remote desktop for my spv e200. I'm having problems getting it to connect to my pc. Heres what i've done so far...

- I've installed the program on my SPV

- I've inputed my I.P. address. (I got this from remote desktop server1.0 that runs on my pc - supplied with the software from handango.com)

- I log in using my existing user name and password.

- My PC is set up as a network. (by this i mean i can play games with my bro. two PC's are linked with a network cable)

- when i try to login. I get "network error"

Can anyone help me?? If you need to know anything, just post and i'll reply. or if your a genius, just give me some instructions to sort out my problem. Any help would be greatly appreciated!!

is your home network set up with a router?...if so, then you'll have to use the routers IP address and not your comptuers.

when you say you log in, do you mean with your normal windows login username and password? if so then this is wrong, you need to create a user with the client app you installed on your pc, by double clicking on the little system tray icon and then from the file menu, select new user. these are then the credentials you use to login
