Guest ebony_rascal Posted January 29, 2004 Report Posted January 29, 2004 Hi all , I`ve got an E200 on 2 week trial and must say I quite like lots of things about it. It seems to work better as a phone than the treo 600 which I tried over xmas. I did like the treo too I should add.. However are issues which might prvent me keeping it.. 1. Is the 4 way joystick going to be upgraded as some games ive played dont work well with it... 2. Is it possible to see MSS and SMS sent items as my sent folder always seems to be empty.. 3. Are orange committed to software updating issues with bluetooth and memory card/battery life 4. I dont sppear to be able to drop files from my pc onto the phone via my desktop explorer should I be able to do this..... It works fine mobile to PC.. 5. Is there a simple way to organise my contacts as I really only want to see people I want to contact not web addresses etc... Any other advice of things I should test woud help.... my phone does not buzz which is a plus.. cheers Paul
Guest sgraham Posted January 29, 2004 Report Posted January 29, 2004 1. wait and see it might be in the software update 2. in options of sms you can chose to send a copy to sent items 3. the original spv was a bit ropey at first and they sorted bits and pieces with numerous update, so yes is the answer to that one 4. yes you should be able to do this 5. sync your contacts with outlook and edit them there deleting the ones you dont need....its quicker to do it that way
Guest v1nn1e Posted January 29, 2004 Report Posted January 29, 2004 1 don't know personally 2 go to your inbox, then select menu then option then sending, then check the appropriate box! 3  4 yes you shold be able to do this. Just play around with it. 5 when viewing your contact, select menu, then filter your contacts! hope this helps
Guest sgraham Posted January 29, 2004 Report Posted January 29, 2004 6. send your spv back to orange and get a p900 :-D
Guest v1nn1e Posted January 29, 2004 Report Posted January 29, 2004 keep the e200! If you know how to use it, you will love it! .... and it will love you back!
Guest Will Posted January 30, 2004 Report Posted January 30, 2004 try it for a week, then ask more questions. then give it a couple a days to try with the answers, and then decide! Will
