Programs/Contacts backup for mio 8380

Hi. R there any backup s/w for mio 8380? Like backing up my contacts to the sd card?

There is a PhoneBackup utility that is included in the software CD when you purchase your Mitac. You have to install it onto your phone. However, it only backs up your contacts. You have to manually backup your programs.
