this will seam like a silly question to those of you that are used to the spv e100, how do you get the phone to the three colours

Turn the phone off. When you turn it on again, press both the power on button and the record button (the one halfway up the side of the phone with a red dot on it) together. It will then say CARD FOUND (if you have an SD card fitted) and then ask you to press any button. Press any except the joystick.
