Other phone accessories that work with Mitac 8380

Is there another phone that has the same connection that the MiTAC 8380 has? Could I purchase a car charger or travel charger for the Ipaq 3800 and would it work with my Mio?

i found out that usb sync/charge for ipaq 3800/3900 and all type with the same port type is fit with mio8380 but only charge.pair it with usb car adapter..u have a car charger !

What about multi-sync for XDA II? Does that fit into Mio 8380 also.... coz thats the only accessories available where i am (mo mio 8380 accessories sold here).... what other models can fit my mio 8380.... maybe i can find it here?
