How do I uninstall programs if not posted in UNISTALL? HELP!

I tried downloading a DEMO for LINX game into my phone... unknowingly.... it required 2.5MB of free memory on my phone.... there was only about 1.7MB. Clicking the demo setup... it automatically installed on phone without giving option to store on card or phone.... it filled up my memory....Don't know what to look for to delete... nor is there anything in the uninstall programs menu.... PLEASE HELP

Just to let yall know.... went into Phone Explorer and then to the IPSM / Windows / AppMgr ---ON THE PHONE and found a lot of stuff I needed to delete... The main one being INSTALL which had the 3MB of install stuff for that dang Linx Demo..
