Guest rickt Posted February 1, 2004 Report Posted February 1, 2004 @mrt57, get hold of an old copy of Cooledit96. It is brillient for clipping , re-sampleing your .wav's . This old version will work with all windows OS, including Xp and is really simple to use . Why bother with sofisticated software when a basic package will do the job just as well. You can strip stereo .wav's to mono , convert 4400hkz to 1600hkz to reduce size, apply fade in/out, increase volume etc.etc. the list goes on and on.Hope this helps.
