I'm trying to re-organize my start menu into folders on my xphone runnign windows mobile 2003. Lots of files won't move, copy, etc from the phone (using explorer over activesync); it says 'Access denied, make sure the device has enough memmory, the file is not set as read only, and htat oyu have permission to opy this file type'. Arghh >! -matt

Welcome to the site

Try rebooting first, any files in resident memory cannot be copied or deleted.

EDIT

You could also try using the excellent Smart Explorer this is one must have app along with Task Manager.
