I'm gonna change networks from Orange and just wanted a bit of feedback on experience with other networks.Currently got an SPV on PAYG and living in the Leicestershire area.If anyones in the same sort of area and can give me good/bad coverage info, customer service quality (part of why I'm ditching Orange) or anything else of use please feel free to sing the praises or have a rant.

Afraid that I can't comment on coverage in Leicestershire, but if it wasn't for the lack of the latest handsets, T-Mobile would still have my custom. In my experience, they have the best customer service and the most polite and effective staff.

On the other hand, Vodafone are the complete opposite in that NO-ONE knows who is responsible for what service and frankly, they don't f***ing care!

Wipe the machine and start again. Or d/l stinger from Symantec website and make sure all your OS patches are upto date

Yes you will need the CD and product key. Try this Stinger it is free and should remove nearly all viruses. You should be able to remove the virus with it. Easier than rebuild if you're not sure.
