O2 GPRS

Hi all, hope you can help. I have recently got my SPV on O2 Pay and go, with free WAP minutes and SMS every month. My problem is that GPRS doesn't work..

I got GPRS activated by O2 but after that they were useless, they don't want to know.

I have searched this site and used all the o2 prepay and genie settings i found, i got WAP working fine and GPRS connects ok but IE gets stuck on finding site. MSN says that it couldnt find server.

I have the latest Orange UK update if that helps.

O2 settings for prepaid

i have the same card and these settings work for me all the time

Create proxy

Description : O2 WAP proxy

The Internet, WAP Network, 193.113.200.195, WAP

Create GPRS connection

Description: O2 WAP

The Internet, payandgo.o2.co.uk, payandgo, password

Create Dial Up connection

Description: O2 CSD

The Internet, 44, 7712, 927927, o2wap, password

In data connection make

Internet connection=O2 CSD (uses HTTP for HTML & WML pages)

WAP connection = O2 WAP or O2 CSD (uses WSP for WML pages)

In Internet explorer, tick 'Automatically detect settings'.
