Having same problem and when trying a hard reset all i'm getting is a blank white screen

If you have the latest bootloader (you've used UK1 or DK2 update), press and hold the action and voice record before powering on. Then keep Action and Record held down until you get into the bootloader.

For MPX200 Hard Reset is a tad easier, all you have to do is

Hold the action button while switching on the phone.

have you install new app that use your startup folder and maybe phone have problem to start up this app?

try to do a hard resett maybe be it's halp.
