Browsing the Contact

How can I find a person start with the name which is not the first letter of any number key?

This is so inconvienent. For example if want to find a person bob, I can't press 2abc twice to get all the name's start with b.

Am I mssing something here??

You don't need to press it twice. If you want to call BOB press 262.

STEPHEN = 7837436 etc....etc....

T9 is understood...its good...but when u have to send a message to 5 different people and want to search the list it becomes very difficult for me....i have say finished with names starting with r ...and now i want to get to S....u know ...that i have to scroll right from A again to reach to r to find a name and then when i select that for sms i again need to repeat to get to the next one...troublesome so the gentlemen above is frustrated like how i am....I have 1300 contacts in my list
