battery life montoring tool : Revisited : updated

Its Back!!! - its updated !!

After some testing and tweaking the battery apps back with new features

"Less confused when its charged"

"Lifelike battery calculations"

"it shows days now, not just lots of hours"

"realistic wetting action"

Ok, some of the features i made up, but it works

Instructions:

install cab

Run

Leave running for a while so it can calculate the battery performance

Enjoy knowing when you need to find a charger

UPDATE: i have added Kung-fu grip action

and fixed the little bug that clicking refresh breaks the timers and also added e200 compatable installer

Update 2: now with eagle eyes

and now it tells you how long the % are taking (fast (in call etc.) and slow (standby) and the average and current)

every time i press refresh it plus 1 min in running time so if i press 60 times so it's plus 1h and i have maybe just used it 1 min but time running is over 1h

Ok, you got me with that one.

refresh forces an update of the program by forcing another min onto the counter.

it doesnt work on my spv e200 it says that it cant find battery monitor or one of the parts etc etc

this is not a e200 app

It will work on E200's its just the installer doesn't work on e200's, it even works on pocketpc's

if anyone wants it i'll post the exe here later

You can find the exe on an E200, by browsing to "Storage", "Program Files" Battery Monitor" if you install the cab.

It works a treat, only problem is that it confirms just how pathetically crap the battery life on an E200 is :wink: :evil:

Really tiny nitpick/request, but when using this app with RemyJ's shortcut icons, for some reason the icon comes up as 32x32, even though it's set to 16x16. I don't know which software is causing the problem (and I'm using a customised GIG icon instead), but it might be something worth fixing if another update is in the pipeline...
