Thanks to KJK I have my start menu in order again :-)

But I made some directories, like: Communication.

I put in MSN Messenger and Internet explorer.

But when I reboot my phone the recently opened items list is reset but because I made some dirs and put the links in there I have a few items in my recent list that are not linked.

Like normally Internet Explorer is in the list but the system cant find it because I put it in a dir.

Is there anyway I can change the recently opened list or get the links working again?

Cheers

Check out Midnights "registry tweaks" thread in the Articles forum- that should answer your question.

Just open the programs again. That should add them to the MRU list, and the old ones drop off the bottom.

Adrain,

Ofcourse I can do that. But I would like the see "normal" icons when I reboot my phone instead of missing link icons...

i know its a long winded process but you can move things around or reinstate links by using smart explorer and searching for the original file eg msn messenger in the windows folder and selecting it and then make a copy and scrole up to storage / windows / start menu and the folder then choosing the option 4 shortcut paste the shortcut .then rename it eg msn messsenger.exe.ink by deleteing the word exe.this does work but it takes hours if you have a lot to move around
