upgrade now - orange price drop

i called orange a couple of weeks ago to upgrade my talkplan and my phone. i changed to the equiv. 02 100 tariff and was told that if i waited until my contract switched to that tariff that an e200 would cost me £49.99

i foned orange back today (after it switched over) to upgrade. orange's pricing schemes have always seemed a little dodgy to me to say the least so i was half expecting to argue over the £49.99 price given to me previously

when i asked to upgrade i was told that orange had just updated their pricing for all customers and that i could have the phone for free.. saving me fifty quid, which i will pass on to nearby pubs and bars come friday :lol:

so if you've been thinking of upgrading on orange maybe give it a shot now
