Need help with Sounds

Is there any possible way to get rid of the startup sound and shutdown sound (MOTO_Startup and MOTO_Powerdown respectively). theyre really annoying sounds and are very loud. also while we on the topic of removing i notice in the windows folder there are alot of pictures probably uselsss backgrounds is there any way to get rid of those as well

For removing the Sounds and pictures the answer is no as the files are on the ROM and in the main Windows directory. This directory gets rewriten on every startup.

You can change the sounds though, Click on Tweaks for more info on how to do this.
