Sync contacts

i have Motorola MPx200 and i'm very happy of it

i've only a little problem when i have sync contacts

now the surname compare first of the name and it's a disaster to find , any way for invert ?

In each contact there is the option to "File As", if you change this then you can have each contact filed in the format of "First Name Surname" if you want :lol:

i've seen that option but the problem is i've more than 250 contacts !!!

i search for something to help me in only 1 operation !
