Guest ultimasnake Posted February 5, 2004 Report Posted February 5, 2004 uuhm guys.. something is realy wrong with my phone , i cant write to my memory cards anymore... both my 8mb and 128 mb cards cant be used to write too.... i tried creating a new folder through Smart explorer (1.something) and it tells me : An error occured while creating the folder. The case may be a read-only destination , the memory full or a folder with teh same name that alread exists. The card is not lockes , the 8mb card is totaly empty , so there are no folders with the same name either on my 128 mb card i got about 70 mb free (and i am trying to copy a 2kb file) isnt read only etc etc... also there seem to be deleted files that are still "visible" in the directory structure (i did refresh) also i tried resetting my phone like a billion of times  any idea on how to fix this? (with out an hard reset? i am not home and want to keep my contacts)
Guest beersoft Posted February 5, 2004 Report Posted February 5, 2004 It sounds like the filesystem has gone wrong on the sd card, I happend to me before I would copy everything off it and then reformat it, which should sove the problem later Owen

Guest squall Posted February 5, 2004 Report Posted February 5, 2004 get someone with a sd card reader to format it on the pc, wont be readable to the phone, but afterwards the phone may format it.
