Locking an App in memory

Is there anyway to lock an app into memory so that it isnt automatically unloaded when the phone is low on memory.

I'm thinking specifically of Mr magoos auto bluetooth app, which I find very useful, but annoying that if I fire up a memory hungry app, it gets automatically unloaded meaning I have to manually run it to get auto bluetooth back.
