mio 8380 volume issue

hi, i have a mio8380 when i call someone i hear them fine but when they hear me they say its really low and i have good reception too.. can someone tell me if thats how all mios are or i have a prob and if so is ther a fix thanks

I'm having the same problem too. I think it's due to the microphone of the Mio is not sensitive enough. So, everytime i answered a call, i bend my Mio a little bit, so the microphone became closer to my mouth. I think that's the only solution for now..

But my Mio's reception is very bad....

mio reception is not so bad, at least better than nokia or ericsson
