finding pictures for mms.......

I have installed the MMS software from the original cd on the phone but the IA Album software on the storage card to save space. I can send picture messages if i open the picture then select send via...but if i open new mms i can't insert a picture now i know i need to make some registry changes but i am a real novice and don't know what to change! any help with this would be really appreciated! thanks.
