WM2003 OTA Exchange Sync

Hello:

I am a bit confused about how the OTA sync works for exchange 2003 with WM2003, I have read some contradicting articles/posts on this issue. I am a US tmobile user, and I understand that the OTA sync users SMS pages to trigger the sync, my question is do these sms’s count toward my SMS monthly limit? Or are they something different like the voice mail notification? I have a blackberry, and my understanding is they work the same way (with the SMS pages) and they don’t count toward my messages. But something might be different with MW2003 OTA. Any help would be great. It would really suck to be charged 5 Cents for each message to download after my limit. Thanks.
