Activesync will not transfer

Hi all, im a noob who has just got an SPV E200.

Im struggling getting ringtones, and mp3s on to my phone.

Im dragging them from my comp to the correct folders but nothing happens :cry:

Ive managed to take pics and drag them onto my comp, its just the tones and mp3s

Help please

Sorted it, i was dragging them which did not work, copy and pasting did :lol:
