Bluetooth headset

2nd Attempt:

I have a SPV E200 and a plantronies M3000 bluetooth headset

They have been paired successfully and work well,but for one problem

Only on the 1st call made or recieved after switching them on, the microphone on the headset does not engage. I can hear the other party but they can't hear me, after the 1st call all works fine, even if I just call say 150 and hang up.

The headset has been replaced and Orange say try a different phone, most helpful.

Does anyone else have this problem, or is all OK with everyone else.

Does anyone have any ideas?
