Guest fishmonger Posted February 18, 2004 Report Posted February 18, 2004 I have to seek help now!! after posting my reply before my internet was fine, now after trying to make changes to use MMS, my phone will now no longer connect to the internet! i have used the above settings but still nothing, the message i get is : UNABLE TO CONNECT. VERIFY YOUR DIAL UP OR PROXY SETTINGS ARE CORRECT, AND TRY AGAIN. Does anyone have a clue as to that changes i may have made without realising? please help!
Guest martin Posted February 18, 2004 Report Posted February 18, 2004 Try deleting ALL existing dialup, proxy and GPRS connections and entering the settings again. Posted from my SmartPhone!

But for some reason, O2 still dont offer support and I went back to the Motorola site and they for some reason have the correct support and settings on their site, sent me a text, i entered their special pin and BAM! my phone is working again!! thanks again for the advice! kept me cool for a while! :)
Guest robw987654 Posted February 24, 2004 Report Posted February 24, 2004 GREAT POST After getting my phone unlocked from Orange, it took me almost all last weekend to get the GPRS internet working, and I still hadn't got the WAP done. Thank you. Rob
