Corrupt Profiles

I have an E100 (replaced last night courtesy of Orange), I think the profiles are corrupt as I can't change or edit any of them.

I scroll through and it lets me put the tick by them, but when you chaneg screens it reverts back to normal.

I scanned through the Search & could only find 'headset stuck' problems, does anyone know if I can delete/ replace/ repair this problem?

Many thanks,

I'll tell you what.... given enough time I'm sure somebody would have helped... but here is the answer for future reference.

1 - Delete your profiles from IPSMApplication DataProfiles

2 - Then go to Windows and copy out the normal.def.prof and paste it in IPSMApplication DataProfiles

3 - Rename the file to normal.prof

4 -Repeat steps 1 to 3 for the other .prof files
