Guest Jase E Posted February 11, 2004 Report Posted February 11, 2004 HI'ya Is it possible to get an addaptor to use standard stereo headphones on the SPV's? Cheers duded.
Guest James Posted February 11, 2004 Report Posted February 11, 2004 yes, you need a 2.5 to 3.5mm jack though..... lots of places that do them....... like electronic stores... maplin/RS..
Guest Twain Posted February 11, 2004 Report Posted February 11, 2004 Also if you have at least basic soldering skills and no use for the supplied handsfree or a spare as in my case, you can simply cut the ends off ur headphones and handsfree and swap them, using a bit of heatshrink to protect the joint, mine looks and works fine, now got a pair of sony ear buds (possibly some of the best sounding earphones i've had) purpose made for my SPV!
Guest Jase E Posted February 13, 2004 Report Posted February 13, 2004 Hi. I might try that, hehe thoes are the ear-phones I want to use on my SPV, what is the quality like with them? Cheers
Guest sg-torch Posted February 17, 2004 Report Posted February 17, 2004 http://www.expansys.com/product.asp?code=105812 - works a treat. the price is ridiculous tho but worth it for some
Guest Tim Posted February 17, 2004 Report Posted February 17, 2004 Does anyone know if it's possible to get a convertor the other way so that I can use my SPV headphones in my personal radio? It's annoying to have to carry two sets of headphones about, but I like to be able to use the mic in the SPV ones if I'm listening to music on it. Tim.
