HELP ME....unlocking the Smartphone

HELP!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I can't unlock my smartphone (the first edition) anymore......I did THE UPDATE yesterday...I want my programs to return on my phone....

You need to click on OTA and you'll find out how to get yourself unlocked again

It was my pc, why it didn't work, he didn't load the next page after submitting. Now at work it worked!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I did the thing on the Orange website, but now I don't receive THE message (you're phone is unlocked)...now what???? I tried it 6 times and I set the time on 5 minutes (data connections)...

Have you used the phone to connect to GPRS after doing the update? you need to do this before trying to decert.

I think others are having this problem too. Also there has been a problem with GPRS in the london area :roll: , dunno if you are in this neck of the woods, but this wouldn't help. I presume you have done *#06# to get the full IMEI no from your phone and have put the full code infront of your phone no. eg +44 for blighty.
