Execute RAPI calls on my i600

I have a problem with executing RAPI calls from desktop on i600. I tried to enumerate the DB volumes an I get "Access denied". Also rapiinvoke doesn't seem to work. Is there any solution to this? How can I make the phone to execute the Remote API calls?
