Motorola Support Problems

Got my MPX in December, realy like it though i've has some isues.

i couldn't get it to sync properly and when it did, it wouldn't the next day; then my P.C. wouldn't recognise it at all! :evil:

Orange were no use at all, Motorola said it would be 14 days before i would get a reply from level 3 support, Brill.

and when they did call they didn't know what the problem was.

am using an old Nokia again :cry:

Silly question but have you access to another pc to check? (remember install activesync before installing cable/phone!!

Have you tested other phones/pda using activesync or other sync software. There could be a chance that there is a problem with your USB port on your computer
