Guest Brody Posted February 13, 2004 Report Posted February 13, 2004 That is wierd, if the homescreen doesnt work then it would tell you in the form of a white banner informing you of an invalid homescreen layout or something like that...
Guest drblow Posted February 14, 2004 Report Posted February 14, 2004 i've had this happen before. the homescreen just stays at what it was, while the eggtimer of doom spins eternally! have you opened your xml in IE on the PC? that'll tell you if there are errors Posted from my SmartPhone!
Guest scott2eyes Posted February 14, 2004 Report Posted February 14, 2004 I've had this one too- i think it's something to do with having background images in the individual plugins- that's what i was messing with when i had it, and you mention that you're using them. But i gave up before figuring out the exact cause or solution... Posted from my SmartPhone!
Guest tinus Posted February 18, 2004 Report Posted February 18, 2004 Just to let you know, I found what the problem was.. Kinda obvious, but still  Since I have an E200 and thus the path "IPSMApplication DataHome" doesn't exist, I figured I'd leave this path out and refer to my background images as follows: <background b-border-width="0" bgimage="image.gif"/> WRONG! It only works with the full path in there: <background b-border-width="0" bgimage="IPSMApplication DataHomeimage.gif"/> Apparently E200's convert IPSM to Storage automatically..
