02 PAUG Sim card with 300 free texts and no need to top up??

Hi,

I'm considering getting an O2 sim card to put in my phone once my orange contract expires. I've looked on ebay and a lot of people are advertising sim cards which have 300 free texts and 300 free wap minutes and you DON'T HAVE TO TOP £10 A MONTH, which you really are supposed to do. Something to do with a code you have to enter i think.

Can anyone confirm if this has worked for them?
