E200 and Activesync

[Guest Deemon]

Ive got my phone sync-ing (sp) but if i remove the phone from the cradle windows throws up a dialog box saying that it cant sync to the device..(well duh..no cos it aint there! ).. I didnt get this with my old SPV it just let me take it in and out and it would just work nice and seamless like...

any ideas as to what im doing different..??? any setting ive missed ?
