i600 Patch Installer

I created an installer that allows end users to easily install this patch.

IMPORTANT: This patch is for Samsung i600 Smartphone 2002 devices *ONLY*

After running my installer, you still need to navigate to "Home > Programs > Accessories" and select the "i600 Patch 2002" to initiate the patch.

Since the Samsung updates are now official, I have made a single thread sticky here:

Also, since this version is not officially supported, I think we'll agree that this topic is now void, so I will lock this as well (though I wont delete it). If you disagree, please let me know. I'm just trying to clean up a bit.
