Well, mine is be very well behaved and is a great improvement over the Original SPV and the E100 i have also had.

have you been loading loads of apps on the phone and not the storage card? (filled the phone up)

I have suffered a very similar prblem to this. I have had my E200 for 2-3 weeks now and just this morning, I turned it on after charging it and it keeps freezing at the "Windows Mobile" screen. It just doesn't respond at all at this screen - I can't even turn the phone off. I tried taking the battery out several times, but still no joy! Please help me because my phone just wont turn on!

welcome to the site mate :)

You need to do a hard reset on it.

you will loose all the settings and return the phone to an 'out of the box' state. just click on 'hard reset' for instructions.

the voice memo button and power button in, it said to press any key to enter bootloader, so I did. Then The "Canary Screen" came up - It says "Smart phone v1.03 doc" 3 times in different colours and it says"serial" at the bottom, but I tried holding 8 on this screen, but nothing happens - Its like it has just froze or somethin

you need to hold the action button (joystick) down untill the bootloader screen comes up.
