Sticking on Windows Mobile

My (replacement) SPVE200 is sticking at Windows Mobile page. Sim lock not even asked for. Any help?

I know I saw a similar topic somewhere here but can't find it.

Orange technical services advised me to remove and replace the battery!

I'm now 6 days without my phone.

I had same problem on second morning of having the phone - it would stick to the Windows Mobile screen and I'd have to remove the battery!

You'll need to do a Hard Reset, that's what I had to do.
