Guest ajmaravilla Posted February 15, 2004 Report Posted February 15, 2004 I like the default Orange Homescreen setup as opposed to the generic Homescreen. Although, the orange links to their website is useless to me as I am in the States and using T-Mobile. Is there a way I can edit the Home Screen layout shortcuts for News, Sports, and Downloads to a site other than Orange's site?
Guest Will Posted February 16, 2004 Report Posted February 16, 2004 if you open the xml, you'll quickly see the urls , just modify them! Will
Guest ajmaravilla Posted February 17, 2004 Report Posted February 17, 2004 Where is that file located? I can't seem to find the xml file...The only xml file I can see is the profiles xml.
Guest BrAGoL Posted February 17, 2004 Report Posted February 17, 2004 it's in the Application DataHome folder...
Guest mwille Posted February 17, 2004 Report Posted February 17, 2004 it's in the Application DataHome folder... Are you sure about that ? On mine the standard Orange XML's are in the ROM, Windows.. You can still copy them to the desktop and edit. Just remember to edit the xml name, not just the filename but also the title ( blabla ) otherwise you'll have two homescreens with the same name in your list :)
