HELP here!! No letters when texting SMS....

Does anybody has had this problem?

In writing SMS messages, my letters won't function at all, only numbers keep appearing when I press the keypads. I don't know if its the keypads thats defective.

try pressing and holding the no. key....bka naka no. mode yung keypad mo..wen u hold 8..magpaplit ito frpm t9 to no.mode to letter mode...hop dis helps...
