It has lots of interesting options, but doesn't seem to work. It also appears to have been written by action engine. Anyone know any more? P

OrangeWorld.exe is a launcher stub for an Action Engine app that is currently not deployed on the SPV. I can neither confirm nor deny that the app will be deployed at some time in the future. :D You can poke around on our website if you're curious.
