pocket tv error when I play file

Help please guys,

I don't know what I am doing wrong. I installed pocket tv and followed the instructions on how to convert files, but I get a error msg, saying "cant load P3Package.dll"

I have looked at the faq's and thing but I am just not getting it!.

What am I doing wrong?

Any help would be greatly appreciated,
