Windows Media player won't play sound

:) I was wopndering is there any option to mute the windows media player. coz i cant any sound on my smartphone. btw im using the QTEK7070 smartphone 2003

No option to mute the player apart from turning the volume down by

either using the volume control on the side of the phone or in media

player going to MenuSettings.
