inbox:attention required

hi there. does anyone have an idea on how to deal with the "inbox: attention required" message when activating the activesync (phone to pc). need help asap. thanks.

from ur microsoft activesync option unclick or uncheck mo Inbox :wink:

.....or you might've installed activesync only.you must also install the outlook that comes with the cd.
