Orange care charges

I have just recieved a letter from Orange asking me if i want to renew my Orange care, and its gone back up to £5 per month! :) And, each claim is now subject to a £15 administartion fee.

Anyone else recieved a letter like this?

You'll have received that letter because your 12 month subscription will have come to an end. The £15 administration charge came in October, and it's always been £5/month for new subscribers.

but i'm not a new subscriber....this is my 3rd year with orange. Last year it was £4.
