Guest zeropoint Posted February 16, 2004 Report Posted February 16, 2004 I made my own home XML and removed mMode from the order of icons, I deleted the mmode.lnk file in the IPSMWindowsStart Menu folder, and even edited the registry and removed mMode.lnk from the "Order" value of start menu icons..... BUT THERE IS JUST A BROKEN SHORTCUT LINK IN IT'S PLACE titled mMode that will not go away! Why won't this go away?? Any advice? Thanks! -Rob
Guest zeropoint Posted February 16, 2004 Report Posted February 16, 2004 I finally got it...... This is how I finally removed the stupid icon. 1. Delete mMode shortcut from IPSMWindowsStart Menu 2. Remove mMode.lnk Value from HKEY_CURRENT_USERSoftwareMicrosoftShellStartMenu 3. HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINESoftwareAT&TPluginFavorites and remove mMode.lnk from the Order value. I added File Manager.lnk as the last icon so now my icon set starts with Inbox etc. Yay!!!
